The A623308A is a low operating current 65,536-bit static random access memory organized as 8,192 words by 8 bits and operates on a voltage from 4.5V to 5.5V. Inputs and three-state outputs are TTL compatible and allow for direct interfacing with common system bus structures. Minimum standby power is drawn by this device when CE is at a high level, independent of the other input levels. Data retention is guaranteed at a power supply voltage as low as 2.0V.

The A29001A is a 5.0 volt-only Flash memory organized as 131,072 bytes of 8 bits each. The A29001A offers the RESET function, but it is not available on A290011A. The 128 Kbytes of data are further divided into seven sectors for flexible sector erase capability. The 8 bits of data appear on I/O0 - I/O7 while the addresses are input on A0 to A16. The A29001A is offered in 32-pin PLCC, PDIP and TSOP packages. This device is designed to be programmed insystem with the standard system 5.0 volt VCC supply. Additional 12.0 volt VPP is not required for in-system write or erase operations. However, the A29001A can also be programmed in standard EPROM programmers.

The A25L020/A25L010/A25L512 are 2M/1M/512K bit Serial Flash Memory, with advanced write protection mechanisms, accessed by a high speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction. The memory is organized as 4/2/1(A25L020/A25L010/A25L512) blocks, each containing 16 sectors. Each sector is composed of 16 pages. Each page is 256 bytes wide. Thus, the whole memory can be viewed as consisting of 1024/512/256 (A25L020/A25L010/A25L512) pages, or 262,144/131,072/ 65,536 (A25L020/A25L010/A25L512) bytes. The whole memory can be erased using the Chip Erase instruction, a block at a time, using Block Erase instruction, or a sector at a time, using the Sector Erase instruction.
