The programming environment, Dynamic C, is an ANSI C compatible development environment that provides a royalty free TCP/IP stack and Wi-Fi support. Various protocol support such as ZigBee, Modbus and BACnet are also available to help reduce development costs and time-to-market. DIGI RABBIT SBC BL2600 SERIESBest suited for industrial control applications and is a low-cost PLC alternative The BL2600 series represents a class of advanced singleboard comptuers that incorporates the powerful Rabbit 3000 microprocessor, Flash memory and RS-232/RS-485 serial ports. Additional module variants enable data logging of up to 1 GB in data storage. Functionality of the BL2600 series can be expanded using optional RabbitNet™ expansion cards. The BL2600 series can be connected via two mechanisms: Dual-entry IDC through-hole sockets, which allow header mounting on either side of the board, and polarized locking industry-standard friction-lock connectors that enable rapid assembly with a wire harnesses. These connectors provide dependable cable harness connectivity to I/O. RabbitNet expansion boards are available (including A/D, D/A, digital I/O and keypad/display interface cards) to interface via the two multiplexed SPI RS-422 ports.

DIGI RABBITNET SERIESA point-to-point synchronous protocol that connects additional I/O and analog cards to a master device The RabbitNet signals are differential RS-422, which are series-terminated at the source. Peripheral cards and master controllers connect using a standard CAT 5/6 Ethernet cable or a crossover cable if using an OP7200 as a slave display. There are several RabbitNet card options which include: - RN1100 - Digital I/O - RN1200 - A/D - RN1300 - D/A - RN1400 - Relay expansion - RN1600 - Keypad display interface The RabbitNet system typically consists of a master singleboard computer and one or two peripheral cards. Several Rabbit SBCs such as the BL4S200 or BL2600 act as the master controller for fast data processing and provide the power on board needed for the peripheral cards. Distances between a master unit and peripheral cards can be up to 10 m or 33 ft with speeds up to 1 Megabit per second. Cards can be mounted in 100 mm DIN rail trays and optionally there is a RN1000 hub to connect up to 8 devices.

RabbitCore RCM2000C-Programmable Module The RabbitCore RCM2000 series is a family of microprocessor modules designed to be the heart of embedded control systems, providing an array of I/O and addressing. The RCM2000 is a core module designed to be the heart of your own controller built around the plug-in module. Data processing is done by a Rabbit 2000 microprocessor operating at up to 25.8 MHz (RCM2000 and RCM2010). The RCM2000 has a Rabbit 2000 microprocessor, a static RAM, a flash memory, two quartz crystals (main oscillator and timekeeping), and the circuitry necessary for reset and management of battery backup of the Rabbit 2000’s internal real-time clock and the static RAM. Two 40-pin headers bring out the Rabbit 2000 I/O bus, address lines, data lines, parallel ports, and serial ports. The RCM2000 receives its +5 V power from the user board on which it is mounted. The RCM2000 can interface will all kinds of digital devices through the user board. The RCM2000 Development Kit comes with a Prototyping Board that can be used to demonstrate the operation of the RCM2000 and to prototype new circuits.
