ASUS IoT’s Face Recognition Edge AI Dev Kit is a complete solution to identify faces and read key facial markers.
The Face Recognition Edge AI Dev Kit is made up of the ASUS IoT Tinker Board 2 and the FaceMe® software development kit (SDK) from CyberLink; the two paired together create a powerful package delivering facial recognition accuracy of up to 98.35%, at fast 154ms inference speeds.
In addition, the AI Dev kit is able to assess and determine attributes such as age, gender and head orientation. Paired with its high-accuracy and fast-speed face recognition abilities, this delivers a powerful platform for diverse applications such as identification for authentication or personalising digital signage to individual customers.
With steady GPIO connectivity, the Face Recognition Edge AI Dev Kit can even connect to electronic gates, door locks and intercom systems to create a secure access-control system.
